Fraiman's laundry in Bålsta is a modern and technically advanced industrial laundry. Our facilities and machines are of high standard and we continue to develop. We are now looking for a committed and driven maintenance technician who wants to help ensure a stable, efficient, and well-functioning production.

With us, you work closely with production and become an important part of the daily operations. You have a great deal of responsibility but collaborate closely with both colleagues and production staff to solve problems, improve work methods, and prevent downtime.

About the role

As a maintenance technician at Fraiman's, you will work with both corrective and preventive maintenance. Our machinery is modern and technically advanced, making the role both varied and developing.

The work includes, among other things:

• Inspecting, troubleshooting, and repairing production equipment
• Performing maintenance on machines, buildings, and pellet boilers
• Working on preventive maintenance and contributing to better structure and routines
• Participating in and driving continuous improvement work together with production

You are expected to take responsibility for ensuring that the work is done properly and that production can run as smoothly as possible.

Who are you

We are looking for someone who is technically skilled, solution-oriented, and enjoys working practically. You take initiative, are curious, and have a drive to understand how things work and how they can be improved.

We see that you have:

• High school education
• Work experience in mechanics, electrical engineering, and automation
• Knowledge of PLC is a plus
• Ability to express yourself well in both spoken and written Swedish and English

It is an advantage if you have previously worked in an industrial environment, but the right attitude and willingness to learn are just as important.
